- Why User Persona?
Long-story-short, any kind of product, app, or service wants to provide a good user experience, that is not only simple and intuitive to use but valuable as well, helping the users with real day-to-day problems.
For that, you need to have a clear understanding of your customer's needs and struggles.
A user persona will help you with that, you can look at it as a matrix where you insert business and personal information in a simplified and structured way to better understand your target customers.
Even if you can't get real data from users, you can create what I call a "Pseudo User Persona" that, while not ideal, will help you much more than nothing at all.
Just because you are doing one, your team and you might find problems that otherwise could pass unnoticeable.
